Don't see a newsgroup for Office 2003, so I'm hoping someone here can answer
my question or redirect me.

Is Picture Manager something that can be purchased separately and installed
on an Office 2000 machine?

Does Picture Manager come as part of Office 2003 Home Edition or only Pro?

I've never heard of Office Home Edition, but AFAIK MOPM comes with all
versions and cannot be purchased separately.
