Default Character Options

How to change character options? Assume it's in Format - Font. Shows up in
Reveal Formatting, but can't seem to turn it off for a numbered list style.
Not in the style either, that I can see. Thanks.

Default Character Options

Two ways of doing this:
1. The preferred way: change the style applyied to this text, one without a
Numbered List. Ctrl+Shft+S to open the style listing.
2. Manual formatting: Format, Bullets and Numbering, change to None. In 2007
this is found on the Home tab and the Paragraph group.

Hope this helps
