[Speedbump]

I cannot get the first row of my table to repeat across pages. I've tried
everything (I think) including Table-Heading Rows Repeat and Table
Properties- Row Tab-Repeat as header row at the top of each page. This has
happened before when I select all rows under this option, but I'm not doing
that now.

In the Table Properties dialog, change the Text wrapping of the table from
"Around" to "None"
