Default Using Word 2007 templates in Word 2003

I'm trying to help someone design a new resume (CV), but I figure
there's no point reinventing the wheel. Microsoft Online has lots of
resume templates, but most are .dotm files for Word 2007. How can I use
a Word 2007 template in Word 2003?

Thanks -- I'm sure the answer is out there on the web, but my searches
have not so far found it.

Get someone with Office 2007 to download it for you and save it as a 2003
format. If there is a feature that is new to 2007, it will be lost.

BTW, most people will use a template for their resume. My best friend is in
HR - she sees so many that when she sees something "new", that one catches
her eye first. You might consider not using a template. Just a suggestion
from someone who knows how tough the job market is right now.
