Default Reduced "Image" of Word page

Hi all

I want to include in a Word 2007 document a copy of a page from another
Word document. The copy will be in the form of an illustration,
possibly in a box or frame of some sort, and reduced in size to about
half its original size. The page which is to be copied contains one or
more photographs.

How can I do this, please?

Thanks in advance.

Robert

Use Snagit from www.techsmith.com. With the Snagit "Printer", you can print
a page of a document and save it as a .jpg file which you can then insert
into your other document as a picture and format it to the size that you
require.

You can also use the Microsoft Office Document Image Writer to print a page
and then use File Save As to save the output as a .tiff file and insert it
as a picture.

Hope this helps.

Thanks Doug

I have also discovered that I can use Copy and Paste Special to achieve
my result.

Thanks again

Robert

But copy/paste will not bring the headers/footers over. If you need those as
well, you will have to use one of Doug's suggestions.
