Default Word 2007 and efax?

So one of the options in the menu button is to Send via eFax... an account I
already happen to subscribe to. The help though doesn't tell me how to
associate Word with the eFax driver... pointers? help?

From your description, it sounds like the association already exists--and
was probably set up when you installed eFax. What happens if you click on
Send via eFax? (Some fax add-ons work via printing... so if that doesn't
work, if you choose Office - Print, is eFax listed as an available "printer"
device? Here, Fax is one of the choices in the dropdown list of printers,
and all I have to do is select it, choose any desired options, then click
OK.)

Hi Adrian,

In Word, try Office Button=Send=Internet Fax
you should be taken to a web page to choose your provider.

If you choose the eFax link on the top of the next page is a 'Login' link that, if I recall correctly from previous testing, should
get you started to connect to your existing account.

ah.. ok, I had gone so far as to select efax .. but when it took me to the
efax page, I assumed it was just trying to sign me up for another account. I
had not tried to login and see what happens. I'll try that next. THanks

Hi Bob.. well, I did login to my efax account from that page, and it just
took me to my efax account page. Nothing. So I'm at the same point.. how do
I get Word to associate with my efax account?
