Is there a way to make an Acrobat Reader Document a Word Document?

If you have the full version of Acrobat you can save as Word (Acrobat 6) or
as RTF (Acrobat 5). What you end up with depends on how the PDF was created.
You'll certainly get all the text. If the document was originally created in
Word you'll usually get most of the format also.

How do I do that? Do I just do a save as???

Yes, Word/RTF are on the 'Save as type' drop down on the Save dialog. Note
that this is the *full* version of Acrobat we're talking about, not the free
reader.
