Default How can I put Microsoft Word 2002 on my pc from another?

I have currently bought a new pc and want to put Microsoft Word 2002 from my
laptop to my new pc. As all my new pc has is Works which I don't want to
use. I have the product key but it seems that this was built in on the cd for
XP that came with my laptop? Help!

An OEM version of Word/Office (one that came installed on your computer) is
not licensed for use on any other machine.
