Default Letterhead set up

I just set up a company letterhead where we have a logo at the top of page 1
and on the bottom of the page we have a banner with the company address
details above this. Page 2 will have the banner only on the botton of the
page.

My problem is that I do not know how to set this up so that when I type a
letter that the bottom of the first page does not constantly push the
address/banner on to the next page and so on. How do I set this up so that
the text is inserted and these banners remain in place?

Thanks very much
Lewis B

Use headers and footers.

See the part of http://sbarnhill.mvps.org/WordFAQs/Letterhead.htm that talks
about letterheads for more than one page.
