print out on that document?

Is their a macro that can be set up to do this?
Or a short-cut key?
Or a hot key?

I do not understand your terminology. Could you simply tell me "HOW TO DO"
and "WHERE TO GO" to do what you said?

Go to the right-hand end of the menu bar. You'll see an item headed 'Help'.
Click it.

Insert | AutoText | Header/Footer: "Filename and path." If you're in the
header or footer pane, the AutoText menu on the Header and Footer toolbar
lists this entry.
