Default How do I get Word to do autofill for frequently used phrases?

I am a slow typist and want to have WORD recognize certain phrases that I use
frequently (such as "University of Chicago" when I start to type Univ...) and
offer to fill in the phrase for me, so I can just push enter. I used to have
this in an earlier version but cant figure out how to set it up in Office
2003. What is the best way to accomplish this?
