Default Title query

I have just created a new document in Word 2003 by modifying another, and
saving it with a new filename And Page Heading.
I notice that when I hover over it in Windows Explorer I am shown a Title,
which is the previous filename, that of the original file.
How would I delete this?
The original file does not display a Title in WE.
I notice that some of my Word files display a Title in WE but not others.
Why is this?
TIA

Default Title query

To change the title for a document: On the File menu, click
Properties. Click the Summary tab. Modify the Title box (delete its
contents to have an "untitled" document). Click OK.
