Default I am running Microsoft Word 2007 Beta Version 2

About 3 out of 4 times, when I print a document that is formatted corrcetly
and view correctly, it shrinks the paper down approxmately 70 percent and
prints it onto one corner of the page, the entire page content is there, only
much smaller.

I am printing ti to a HP OfficeJet 7310, BTW. This does not happen when
printing from Excel or Outlook, only from Word, and only about 75% of the
time.

Make sure to set your printer settings, esp. quality (e.g. draft),
before opening Word as default. This is a known issue in B2. Then you
can just print using the print immediate icon on the QAT.

I ahve the settings set to quickdraft as default, and wanted these printedas
a high quality as they contained images.

I am glad to know that it is a known issue.

Thanks!

You should be able to get high quality, if you set that as default
before opening Word.
