Default separate email accounts on wireless connected computers?

how can i keep separate email accounts from going onto the other computer
when they are connected with a wireless connection? the new email i set up
on this computer is also getting email from my work, i want to have one
address work on one and the other on the other only? any suggestions?

Other than posting this in a forum for your email clients and maybe OS,
instead of here (a Word newsgroup), nope.
