I create large files and need to print labels often. Currently, I am
printing 1 label, then entering different info and printing the next one.
Example: I have 66 labels to print, I am getting up 66 times to feed the
labels back into the printer. AAHH!
Is there a way I can view the whole label sheet, enter all the info, and
print only one time?

Read Help on labels and MailMerge. That's precisely what it's for.
