page numbering in footers
In Word 2002, the total number of pages changes whether you are in the main
document or in View-Header/Footer. There are 23 pages total and when you are in the footer view it counts 24. This document has been converted from WordPerfect. Have checked section and page breaks and they are fine. Any suggestions? |

Sounds like one of the page numbers was reset?
Did you try printing the document and manually proofing the page numbers? You may notice one page number skips. If so...go to that page and investigate the numbering code and see if that number sequence has been reset? Good luck... Dian D.
