Default Template for printing an 8-page on an 8.5x11 paper (2 folds)?

I want to print a pocket booklet, each page 4.25X5.5 using a regular 8.5X11
piece of paper.
Is there a template like that for Word? I am concerned with the folding
aspects and wanted to use a template that would autonumber for me.

Word can do 5.5 x 8.5 booklets but not the size you want (unless you start
with 5.5 x 8.5 paper).

Changing the paper size as suggested does not produce printing on 1/4 sheet
since Word forces landscape orientation. Can Word 2002 be forced to print
book fold with Portrait? I also find that changing paper size to 5.5 x 8.5
is automatically switched to 8.5 x 5.5.

Word is using 8.5 x 5.5 because that's the way it is printed. You will have
to feed the half sheet lengthwise rather than crosswise.
