How do I format some Figures in a Word document without affecting.
Word is updating the Numbering format of ALL captions in the document. Not
just the ones I'm selecting. I've Figures under Headings 1, 2, & 3 and I need each Figure to correspond to the corresponding Heading level. How do I modify a selected group of Figure captions without affecting the rest of the document's Figures? Also, even though I 'freeze' the Figure number using Ctrl F11, the number changes. |

G'day SRSior ,
You have to start your caption with two SEQ fields. The first one points to your Headings, the second one to your Caption number list. You restart the caption number part every chapter.
