Default Table of Authorities

Hope someone can help. I have a user who is generating a Table of
Authorities. Everything is marked correctly but when the TOA generates, one
cite appears in bold. There appears to be no reason for it. I completely
delete the entire cite (and any other marks to that cite) and completely
re-type it, re-generate the TOA and that particular cite still appears in
bold. No others. I then try to actually re-type the entire paragraph the
cite appears in and re-type the cite, re-mark it, re-generated it and bam,
bold still!

Any thoughts?
