I am trying to print a marketing letter for my business. I put some key words
in bold in certain fonts (Papyrus, Baskerville) and although it shows bold on
my computer, it doesn't print in bold. How can I fix this?

Do these fonts have separate files for the bold versions? To find out, go to
Control Panel -- Fonts -- View, make sure Hide variations is not checked.
Do you see separate files listed for Papyrus and Baskerville? If not, then
Word is artificially "bolding" the normal fonts by thickening the strokes.
This looks visibly darker onscreen, but the difference between normal and
bolded is often negligible in print.

Look in the Windows Fonts folder to see if a bold variant for these fonts
exists. If not, Word will synthesize bold on the screen but not necessarily
print it. You may be able to print what you see on the screen if you select
the printer Properties option to "Download TrueType fonts as bitmaps" or
"Print TrueType as graphics" or the like (there may be a reference to "soft
fonts," for example).
