Forgot to add details in previous posting !!!

I think it probaly started with 'finger trouble'.

When starting a new document in Word it opens OK with the default A4 page
settings but when trying to change margins or page size a MS Word message
appears as follows:-

Settings you chose for left and right margins, column spacing, or paragraph
indents are too large for the page width in some sections.

Interesting it allows changes from A4 to letter/legal but then not allow it
to be changed back to A4.



Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This message is typical for the problem that can be solved by clicking the
One preset in the Columns dialog.
