Tracking/markup problem
I am trying to permanently get rid of ALL deletion and tracking changes and
records in a long text file, yet when I turn off tracking, turn off markup view, and exit and save my file, then come back in the tracking junk is still all over my long file? Is there a way to keep this tracking off and to get rid of all underlying records of it, all Word hidden codes (Like the delete and addition codes too?) thanks |

Tracking/markup problem
Turning off Track Changes just prevents any further markup from being added,
and changing the view merely hides the existing changes. In order to get rid of the markup, you must Accept All Changes in Document and Delete All Comments in Document.
