Table of authorities and table of contents in same document?
Is there a way to create a document which shows (marked) Table of Contents
and Table of Authorities in the same document? Right now, marking for table of contents doesn't recognize a second citing of my cases. My boss likes his table of authorities and table of contents in the same document and calls it Points and Authorities. (I need this soon! : ) : ) Thanks. |

Table of authorities and table of contents in same document?
I'm not sure I understand your question. A TOC and TOA are two separate
types of tables, so yes, you can have both in one document. You use different codes to mark both tables - Alt+Shift+I for TOA entries and Alt+Shift+O (or styles) for a TOC. Does this information help, or am I not answering your question? I may need more specifics. Thanks!! -- Cathy Coleman Training Specialist Thompson Coburn LLP "Trish" wrote: Is there a way to create a document which shows (marked) Table of Contents and Table of Authorities in the same document?
