Default Go back to previous Mail Merge version.Word 2003 too complicated.

Everyone in our office finds the mail merge in Word 2003 much more complicted
than the mail merge that was in previous versions of Word. I have been asked
to do some training in Word 2003 and mail merge seems to be the most
difficult for users to learn.

The best thing to do is turn on the Mail Merge toolbar by selecting Toolbars
from the View menu and checking the Mail Merge item. You can perform the
whole process by using the buttons on the toolbar.

Alternatively, you can get back the old interface by selecting Customise
from the Tools menu and then select the All Commands category on the
Commands tab of the Customise dialog and then scroll down through the list
of commands until you come to the Mail Merge Helper item and drag and drop
it onto a toolbar or the expanded Tools menu.

Hope this helps.
