Method 1 (preserving headers/footers, margins, and other section-level
formatting): - Use File Save As to create a copy of the original document. - Select all the document before the page you want, and press Delete. - Select all the document after the page you want, and press Delete. - Save. Method 2 (quicker, but loses section-level formatting): - In the original document, select the page you want, and copy it to the clipboard. - Press Ctrl+N to make a new blank document. - Paste from the clipboard. - Save. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org |
