Default Table cuts off after first two lines on page 1 - then continues p.

Big problem - with a table
Page one of the document only shows lines 1 and 2 - which are the heading
rows.
Page 2 works fine - showing both header and the remaining rows.
All subsequent pages work fine too.
Just not page 1

Please HELP!

Check out the paragraph formatting of the paragraphs in the third row of the
table. Sounds like there maybe a "Page Break Before" or "Keep with Next"
setting.
