Default How to setup a table so the boxes don't expand when you type into

I am making a report form. I want to setup the boxes so that colleagues can
type their information into a box which will not grow bigger than I have set
it up to be - otherwise it will affect the formating of the final report.

Default

Put the form fields in table cells (they can be borderless). Set the row
height to an exact amount and disable auto resizing so the columns won't
expand.
