Default spell check

Spell check works everywhere in Word unless the text is formatted as "(no
proofing)" or "Do not check spelling or grammar." If the spell check is not
working in your table, then it is being skipped because it has this
formatting. Select the table, go to Tools | Language | Set Language, and
make sure that the correct language is selected and "Do not check spelling
or grammar" is not checked.

Thanks for the reply. I did as you suggested and the do not check was
unchecked. I checked for do not check spelling, said Ok then went back
and unchecked it and that did it. The spell checker is now available.
Thank you again.

Thanks
