Default Mail merges

I keep getting multiple "mail merge" in the Tools drop down box. I access
Tools when I want to print an envelope & I think each time I do this, an
additional mail merge appears in the drop down box. I have in excess of 20
in the drop down box. How do I remove them?

This is a symptom of infestation by the Microsoft Works Suite Add-in for
Word. If you got Word as part of Works Suite but are running it freestanding
(not starting it from the Works Task Launcher) you can (and should)
uninstall the add-in (from Control Panel | Add/Remove Programs), as
overpopulating the Tools menu is only one of its nasty habits.
