User wants to:
1) Have page numbering setup for chapters - renumbering to number 1 in each
chapter
2) Have those numbers ( IV-1 for chapter 4, page 1) show in Table of
Contents

I am assuming we somehow have to get this into a style, but I don't have a
clue where to go with this. Help!

To complicate things even more, user is using Word 2000, I am using Word XP.
