Default Copying Tracked Changes

I want to copy a portion of a document with the tracked changes visible (blue
for adds, Red strikethroughs for deletion) and then past that information
into another document and have it still show the tracking changes.

Currently, when I paste it into another document, the deletions do not show
and the insertions do.

Is is possible to paste in the portions of text and still have it show the
tracking changes from the document it was copied from?
