Default aligning text within a table cell

I know how position text within a cell. However, when I try to position it at
the bottom of the cell, the text still remains at the top. I would like to
get the text as close to the bottom as possible without having to readjust
the size of the row. Please help!!!!

Default

Make sure the text in the cell has no Space After (Format | Paragraph) and
that the bottom cell margin is set to 0.
