Default dropdown list

I created a Combo Box on a word doc using the following article. It works
fine. The only thing is that the popup form which has teh dropdown list
loads when you open the file instead of when you click the field. How can I
fix this?

Article in the KnowledgeBase with a workaround for this limitation:
194026 - How to Create a Combo Box Containing More Than 25 Items

Thanks.
