Default Autotext Word 2007

Hi

If I set up autotexts (or building blocks) within a word 2007 template, does anyone know, if a document is then created using the template and autotexts and then saved as a separate document and then emailed out to say a client whether that client would be able to see the remaining unused autotexts (assuming they know where to look) or whether the link to the autotext is lost when leaving the network and they are only able to see the actual text that has been inserted?

Basically, I dont want the client to be able to see all the autotexts that are related to this specific document (i.e. the ones that haven't been inserted into the document)

Thanks

When an AutoText entry is inserted, it is inserted as ordinary text (or
graphics or whatever). There is no indication of the alternatives from which
it was selected.

AutoTexts live in templates, so sending a document file to someone else
does not let them see the AutoTexts. All they see is the content added
to the document.
