Cross-reference font should match destination or have choice
When inserting a cross-reference to heading text, the formatting used for the
cross-reference appears to be the template's default font. It would be nice if Word used the destination formatting, or if we would at least have a choice of which formatting will be used for cross-references. Currently, I am going through a manual and inserting quite a few cross-references to headings. After I insert the cross-reference, I then have to go back and highlight the text and change the size to match the destination formatting. ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes.
