Why does data truncate to 255 characters from Excel?
In doing several mail merges from the same Excel spreadsheet, the data, which
merged into Word many times with no problems, began to truncate at 256 characters. At one point this data was exported to Access, and it was also copied from one worksheet to another. However, all of the data is still visible in the Excel cells, it just won't merge more than 256 characters into Word. How do I correct this? |
