Yes, you are right - I should put question in here.

Does Microsoft have French templates?
You don't have to ask anything--just look over the French templates on offer
there to see if there is anything that meets your requirements. Or, if there's something specific you need, ask here. I understand enough French to help you drill down. -- Suzanne S.
