Default adding new sources

The options for me to add a new source, manage sources, change reference
style and Bibliography menus are greyed out for me and I cannot figure out
why. How can I begin to add sources and utilyze the citation/bibliographic
functionality?

cheers,
justin

If the tab is greyed out, it's likely that an error occured during the
installation of Word 2007. You might want to uninstall and reinstall
Word/Office 2007.
