I have just begun using Vista Home Premium on a new notebook PC. The only
print option I am given is "print to file", even though I have not checked
the "Print to FIle" box in the print window.

My printer has been correctly installed.

people on the Yahoogroup I own "this isn't instant- or text-messaging.
You aren't emailing to a live on-duty tech support person for a chat
