Default How do I perform a mail merge with a WORD list and WORD letter

I can't seem to make the mail merge work. I get nothing. My letter stays blank.

http://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_lab...th_word_xp.htm is based on the
more complicated label merge, but the principles are the same for all merge
types.
