Default Address/Lables in Microsoft Office Word 2003

I hade an address book in word to print envelops in the envelopes / Lables
from the tools menu. I got a new computer and it does not work the same. I go
to tools then envelopes / lables and when I click on the address book icon a
message says go to Microsoft Outlook and make it your default client. I think
they are dealing with e-mail. I just want to have an address book that works.
Please take me step by step if possible.

Word uses the Outlook or Exchange address book; it doesn't have one of its
own.

In Outlook...just click Go Contacts. Then once inside the contact
folder (your adress book in Outlook) click File New Contact and add
the info you need.

I would also suggest you press the F1 key in Outlook to view the Help
files to read more details, if needed.

Good luck...
