I am trying to print on a 3.5 X 7 inch mailable post card. Has anybody done
this before? One frequent problem is paper jams. Thanks! |

Does your printer's documentation say it can handle paper of that size and weight? If not, you're always going to have trouble. And paper jams are completely outside Word's capabilities, strictly a hardware problem. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org Email cannot be acknowledged; please post all follow-ups to the newsgroup so all may benefit. |

Real Post Cards
You also might try Avery.com they have post cards(3611: 4x6 and 5388: 3x5)
on 8 1/2x11 sheet that might solve your problem. They also have other sizes but not sure if they 3.5x7. "Frustrated in Houston" wrote: I am trying to print on a 3.5 X 7 inch mailable post card. Has anybody done this before? One frequent problem is paper jams. Thanks! |
