Default Margin adjusting bar in Word?

In Office Word 2007 how do I show the bar at the top of document that used to
allow me to drag and adjust the margins and alignment?

Default Margin adjusting bar in Word?

Click on the View tab on the ribbon and check the Ruler item in the
Show/Hide section.
