Default Bullets have changed in my document

I am working on a document which has lots of bulleted lists. I opened it last
evening to find that the bullets had changed. I went into Format, Bullets and
numbering, but can't seem to find the bullets that I had originally used
(there are symbols now and no square or medium-sized dot bullets). Any idea
how this would have happened?

The only thing that I did between closing the document and reopening it was
uninstall the Google toolbar. (The font on the Yahoo mail page has also
changed.) The operating system is Windows XP Home and it's Word 2002.

Thanks,
Suroor

Note that the Bullets and Numbering dialog box only displays the most recent
formats applied to text. To see the orginal formats, you can click the Reset
button for each numbering scheme displayed.

However, to control bullet formatting in Word, apply it using styles, as
explained at
http://www.shaunakelly.com/word/bull...olbullets.html.
