I created an embedded excel file in a word doc. but only the first few rows
show up. I tried setting the whole section I want as a the print selection
but that didn't help.

What is the size of the selection? The max viewable/printable
size of an object inserted in Word is one Word page.

What version of Word and how did you insert the Excel object?

Hi Bob,
The selection is one screen size of an excel worksheet and I inserted by
selecting Insert, Object, Create from File, and choosing Link to file and
browsing for the file but THIS time it worked. I thought that was what I had
done the other times I tried.
