Default Why is my email mail merge stuck in my sent items folder?

My recepients do not receive my email merges. Also, I had to choose Plain
Text instead of HTML for it to go through. I am using Word 2003 and Outlook
2003.

Stuck in the Sent Items or the Out Box? If the former, that's where they
end up after being sent. Try including yourself as a recipient and see if
you receive it. If so, it's probably a problem at the recipient's end.

I have a similar problem. Trying to use mail merge email to send html
document with Word 2002 and Eudora. However, only Plain Text or With
Attachment buttons will call up Eudora and send document. HTML button has no
affect. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I'm pretty sure you won't be able to get HTML mail to work with Eudora,
because it relies on the use of a particular interface or "storage" that no
e-mail package other than Outlook appears to support. I last tried this a
year or so ago so it's possible that Eudora has changed its MAPI interface,
but I doubt it.
