Default I misplaced a Word document that I downloaded from an email. Help

I was working on my homework at work and decided to email the Word document
to myself so that I could continue to work on it at home. Well I downloaded
the document and worked on it. When it was time to save it I only did a
"Save" and not a "Save As" and now I can't find it for anything. I do not
want to do the assingment all over again.

You should never open Word attachments directly from e-mail - however it
*may* be possible to recover your changes. See
