Default Change a heading case through style

Is it possible to change the case of all Heading one in Style to upper case?
Either through style change or find/replace

'All Caps' is one of the options on the Font dialog, which you can set as
part of the style definition. Be aware that all caps is less readable than
caps and lower case.

Thanks a lot. That was what I was looking for. Also it is readable and has no
problem in my computer.

Readability is not a simple graphic issue: it is a measured cognitive
quality of printed text. The human eye uses the ascenders and descenders of
text to read words as units. This isn't possible with all caps: so reading
is slower and, if your headings are more than signage length, misreadings
will be more common.
