Default was typing in word, now entire display is upside down. Help!

Was typing a German paper in Word. Uses "Ctrl" + "Alt" + "0223" looking for
a German character. Entire monitor display flipped upside-down and am unable
to right the problem. Please help!

Turn your monitor over, or just wait for the drugs to wear off.

Or check the documentation for your monitor. Word itself can't do this.
Chances are you've used some key sequence that happens to be meaningful to
your video driver.
