Default Table of Content Entry in Footer

I am wondering how to get the correct table of contents entry to show
up in the footer or header. So, if the header on page four is
"Bananas". That would also show up in the footer. If Bananas gets
pushed to page five, the footer changes along with it.

You can use a StyleRef field.
